What we cannot help with

  • Customer service for products mentioned on the Site: if you bought a product through one of our affiliate links and need help with returns, refunds, defective items, or shipping, contact Amazon customer service or the product manufacturer directly. We are not the seller and have no access to order details.
  • Discounts or coupon codes: we do not have access to special discounts or coupon codes. Prices and promotions on Amazon are set by Amazon and the sellers.
  • Personalized garage design consultations: we publish general guides for a broad audience. We are not able to provide one-on-one consulting on individual garage layouts, structural decisions, or installation plans. For those needs, consult a local garage organization specialist or contractor.
